100% Satisfaction or Your Money Back
At KDA Web Services we're proud to say that if within your first 30 days, you're not 100% happy and want to close your account we'll gladly refund your money* and cooperate with moving your site.
Unlike many providers we realise that it's going to take more than 7 or 14 days to decide if you're happy with a service and to start and use your account fully, that's why we give a full 30 days for you to decide if you want to keep your account or not.
* Unfortunately, we cannot refund any monies paid for:
- Domain Names
- SSL Secure Certificates
- Software Purchases e.g. Actinic
This also includes any domains registered on your behalf under our promotion of a free domain with your account - if your account is closed and monies refunded before the full time period required to obtain a free domain name, then we will have to levy a charge equivelant to our standard registration prices for the domain name to recover our costs.
