3We aim to keep our peak network utilisation at below 50%, meaning there is always room for growth and increases in traffic if you should need it. There's nothing worse than carrying out promotion for your business, only to find that your hosting company can't service the traffic.

We don't pull tricks such as claiming to offer 99.9% uptime, or 100% uptime but only paying out when an hour of downtime has occured (< 99.9% uptime for the record).
