They did indeed and yes the server your site was on was moved on the Saturday. Friday took a little longer than expected, but by Saturday we were on a roll and worked out all the kinks in our plans

I guess moves for last weekend went smoothly? My stuff was meant to move last weekend. I assume it has and I just never noticed anything?

Not sure the noexec works – as it was done as a PHP include, not actually executing the file from /tmp

Hi,

I’ve also just seen this exploit against a cPanel account with both osCommerce and WordPress installed.

Just a little heads up, but I realised that my tmp directory wasn’t noexec. If you just make your tmp noexec, it should prevent further exploits of this kind.

For the 15k SAS we’ve got a mix of HGST and Seagate. For the SATA (backup NAS) we’ve got Seagate.

lol, by today’s standard 18MB is tiny – my camera churns out files that size for each photo, lol. I remember DOS 6.22 coming on 3 floppy disks, those were the days.
