Domain Registration Terms
If you are registering a .co.uk, .org.uk, .ltd.uk, .plc.uk or .sch.uk domain name via us then there is a 3-way contract formed between yourself, KDA Web Services Ltd. and Nominet - the body that overseas the .uk domain name registration system. Details of which can be found on the Nominet website.
