When you call us you won’t be put through to an anonymous call centre or left waiting in a queue with irritating music! However, we do have a menu system on our phone but it’s only two items deep, which allows us to get a headstart on what you’re calling about – within seconds you will be talking to a real person who can help, and who has the authority to make decisions.

It’s free to call us if you’re inside the United Kingdom (Although if you’re calling from a mobile, your provider may charge you for calls to 0800 numbers).
If you can’t call an 0800 number because your provider blocks them, or you’re outside of the United Kingdom then you can still call us.
You can also fax documents to us if you need to (but please, no offers of dodgy branded wine or car leasing deals).
As part of our policy to make it as easy as possible for us to keep in touch with you and let you know what we’re doing, we have setup a Facebook page for KDA as well as two Twitter accounts. The Facebook page and main Twitter account will be updated with any new services we’re thinking of offering as well as when we make posts to our blog. The second Twitter account is a very low traffic one that contains updates on our service status if we should ever experience a rare outage on any services.
